02 / Social media marketing
Be on the platforms your customers use. Only those.
Social media is still where most people discover, check and talk about local businesses. Doing it well on one or two platforms beats doing it badly on six.
You get
- Platform and audience recommendation
- Monthly content calendar
- Reels, carousels, stories and captions
Every project starts

“We’re posting every single day. Why is nobody buying?”
The problem
Posting every day and still hearing nothing back.
Sound familiar?
Most owners we meet feel they should be everywhere: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube. So they spread a small amount of time across all of them, post whatever they can make that day, and wonder why the likes don’t turn into orders.
Social works when every post has a job: to get you noticed by the right people, to give them a reason to trust you, or to make the next step easy. We plan content around those jobs, and we cut platforms that aren’t pulling their weight.

What we do
In plain language.
Platform choice
We look at where your customers actually spend time and how they buy, then recommend where to focus. Often that is fewer platforms than you are on today.
Content planning
A monthly plan built around your offers, seasons and questions customers ask, with a clear mix of discovery, trust and sales content.
Creation and publishing
Reels, carousels, stories and captions in your voice, scheduled and posted on time, with Arabic or regional touches where they help.
Community management
Replying to comments and messages, steering enquiries to WhatsApp or your booking flow, and flagging anything you need to handle personally.
Paid support where it pays
A small boost or a proper campaign behind posts that already work, never as a replacement for a reason to buy.
Reporting that ties to sales
A plain monthly view of enquiries, DMs and clicks from social, and what we’ll change next.

Is it right for you?
Who social media marketing is for, and who it isn’t.
We’d rather tell you now than take on work that won’t help you.
A good fit
Customers choose you by look and feel
Cafés, bakeries, beauty, fashion, gaming and retail win on social when the content shows what it feels like to buy from you.
You’ve been posting yourself and want it done properly
We take over the planning, creation and replies, and keep your voice.
You’re launching something new
A steady presence before, during and after a launch builds the audience that buys on day one.
Probably not the right fit, yet
You want followers, not customers
We measure enquiries, DMs and sales. If the goal is a big number for its own sake, we’re the wrong team.
Your buyers search on Google, not Instagram
Clinics, contractors and B2B services often get more from SEO and a better website. We’ll recommend that instead.
You expect a viral post next week
Reach builds with consistency. Most accounts we grow take a few months to really move.
Not sure which side you’re on? Ask us. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you who or what might be.

Questions
Frequently asked.
The questions business owners ask us most about social media marketing, answered plainly.
Still have a question?
Message us. We usually reply within 10 minutes.
Ask on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab)Which social media platforms should my business be on?
The ones your customers use to choose a business like yours. For many local businesses in the UAE that is Instagram plus Google, with TikTok or Snapchat for younger audiences and LinkedIn for B2B. We recommend fewer platforms, done well.
How much does social media management cost in Dubai?
It depends on the number of platforms, how much content you need (especially video), whether you need Arabic and English, and whether ads are included. We quote after a free call, once we know what will actually help, and ad spend is always separate and paid by you.
Do you create the content or do we?
We can do all of it, or work with photos and videos you already take. Many owners prefer a mix: we plan and edit, and they capture moments from the business as they happen.
Do you create content in Arabic?
Yes, where your audience needs it. We work with native Arabic writers rather than translating English captions word for word, and keep the tone consistent across both languages.
How often should we post?
Often enough to stay visible, and never so often that quality drops. For most of our clients that means a few strong posts a week plus stories, rather than daily filler.
Will you reply to comments and messages?
Yes, within agreed hours. We answer common questions, route real enquiries to you or your booking flow, and flag anything sensitive.
How long does it take to grow on social media?
You should see better engagement within the first month or two. Steady growth in followers and enquiries usually takes three to six months of consistent posting and learning what your audience responds to.
Who owns our social accounts and content?
You do. We work inside accounts your business owns, and the content we make for you is yours to keep and use.
Do you work with influencers as part of social media?
Often, yes. Creator collaborations and barter partnerships are one of the fastest ways to reach a new audience, as they were for K-Veda. See our PR and influencer marketing service for more.
Is there a minimum contract?
We usually suggest at least three months, because social needs time to show what works. We agree the terms before we start, in writing, with no surprises.
How will we know it’s working?
A plain monthly report on what matters: enquiries and DMs, clicks to WhatsApp, your website or store, and which content led to them. Likes are in there, but they’re not the point.
