01 · The client
Who they are
Game Wagon rents PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch consoles, with more than 200 game titles, delivered to the door within an hour in Bangalore, Kochi and Trivandrum. We run their growth end to end: the platform customers book on, the systems the team works from and the ads that bring customers in.
02 · The challenge
What was in the way
- Bookings arrived by phone, DM and WhatsApp, with no single record of who had which console and when it was due back.
- Every city needed its own availability, delivery slots and offers.
- Ads were spending without a clear link to bookings and repeat rentals.
03 · Our recommendation
What we recommended, and why
A rental business lives or dies on availability and follow-up. We recommended building the platform and the CRM first, so every rupee spent on ads would land in a system that could take the booking, deliver on time and bring the customer back.
- 01One platform for booking: pick a city, a console, the games and the dates, then check out.
- 02A CRM behind it, so every booking, delivery, return and repeat customer is tracked.
- 03Meta ads planned city by city, with creative and offers tuned to what each city books.
04 · Delivery
What we delivered
- An end-to-end rental platform: city selection, live availability, date-based booking, cart, checkout and customer accounts.
- A CRM and operations view for bookings, deliveries, returns and repeat customers.
- WhatsApp booking and follow-up flows.
- Long-rental rewards that apply automatically at checkout (40% off a week, 63% off a month).
- City-by-city Meta ad campaigns, creative and weekday offers, optimised every week.
- Social media content and community management for @game.wagon.
