01 / Marketing strategy
Know what to do first, and what to stop doing.
Most growing businesses don’t need more marketing. They need someone to look at everything, pick the few moves that matter and keep the plan honest as results come in.

“We’re doing everything. I just can’t tell you what’s working.”
The problem
Busy is not the same as working.
By the time most owners call us, they are already doing a lot: posting most days, boosting the odd post, paying for a few tools, maybe a freelancer and an agency at the same time. Each piece made sense when it started. Together, nobody can say which part brings customers in.
What’s missing isn’t effort. It’s a plan: one clear view of what each dirham is for, the few priorities that will actually move the business, and someone who tells you plainly what is and isn’t working.
How it works
From everything you could do to the three things worth doing first.
Choose the situation closest to yours and watch the plan narrow.

What we do
In plain language.
A look at everything you spend
Ads, freelancers, tools, printing, influencers, agency fees. We list it, find out what each line is meant to do, and check whether it does it.
A short, ranked plan
Three to five priorities, in order, with the reason for each and what we expect to learn. Not a fifty-slide deck.
Budget allocation
Where each dirham goes this quarter, what we are holding back, and the signal that would make us move money.
Briefs and coordination
We brief and guide the people doing the work, whether that is your team, your freelancers, another agency or us.
Monthly decisions
A regular review where we look at the numbers, decide what to keep, change or stop, and write it down.
Clear reporting
A simple view of the few numbers that matter, so every decision rests on evidence, not opinion.
Deliverables
What you get
- Marketing and spend audit
- Ranked 90-day plan with budget allocation
- Channel and audience priorities
- Briefs for your team, freelancers or partners
- Monthly review and decision log
- Simple dashboard of the numbers that matter
Is it right for you?
Who marketing strategy is for, and who it isn’t.
We’d rather tell you now than take on work that won’t help you.
A good fit
You’re spending, but can’t say what works
A spend audit and a ranked plan show where money is wasted within the first month.
Your team is busy but pulling in different directions
One plan and clear priorities turn effort into progress.
You’re launching, opening or entering a new market
Decisions made before the launch cost far less than fixing them after.
You’ve outgrown a freelancer
You need someone thinking about the whole picture, not just the next post.
Probably not the right fit, yet
You want a quick fix this week
Strategy pays off over months. If you need sales tomorrow, a focused offer or campaign comes first.
You’re not ready to invest in the business yet
A plan needs some budget behind it to work. We’d rather tell you that now than sell you a document.
Marketing is an afterthought for you
The plan only works if marketing sits at the table when decisions are made.
The product itself needs fixing first
If customers don’t come back, no plan will fix it. We’ll say so, kindly, and suggest where to start.
Not sure which side you’re on? Ask us. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you who or what might be.
Included with every project
Strategy comes with everything we do.
Whatever you hire us for, ads, a website, social or a brand, it starts with an honest look at your marketing as a whole and comes with our view on what to do first. We’d rather tell you what we really think than quietly deliver something that won’t help.
Questions
Frequently asked.
The questions business owners ask us most about marketing strategy, answered plainly.
Still have a question?
Message us. We usually reply within 10 minutes.
Ask on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab)What does a marketing strategy include?
A look at everything you currently spend on marketing, who your best customers are and how they choose, the one or two constraints holding growth back, and a short, ranked plan: what to do first, what to stop, how to split the budget and what result to expect from each step.
How is your strategy different from a marketing plan template?
A template lists every channel. We start from your numbers and your customers, then cut the plan down to the few moves most likely to work for you, with a reason for each. Most of our plans are a few pages, not fifty slides.
How long does it take to build a marketing strategy?
Usually two to four weeks from the first call, depending on how much data you have and how many people we need to talk to. You see early recommendations within the first week or two.
Do we have to use Breezy Media for the delivery as well?
No. Some clients use us only for strategy and keep their own team or other partners for delivery. We’ll tell you honestly where we think we add the most.
How much should a small business in the UAE spend on marketing?
There is no single right number; it depends on your margins, how fast you want to grow and how much each customer is worth. Part of the strategy is working out a budget you can afford that is big enough to learn from, and showing you where each dirham should go.
How long before we see a difference?
You should see a clearer plan and fewer wasted costs within the first month. Commercial results depend on the channels involved; we agree what to expect, and when, before we start.
Can you help us plan an entry into the UAE?
Yes. We’re based in Dubai and work with businesses across markets, so we can help you decide which channels, partners and local signals matter before you spend heavily.
Do you work with businesses outside Dubai?
Yes. We work with businesses across the UAE and in India, the UK, the USA and New Zealand. Most of the work happens over video calls and WhatsApp, with in-person meetings in Dubai when they help.
What do you need from us to get started?
Access to the numbers you have (sales, ad accounts, website analytics), an hour or two with the people who know your customers best, and honesty about what you’ve tried. Everything is covered by an NDA if you need one.
How do you measure whether the strategy is working?
Against the few numbers we agree at the start, usually cost per customer, enquiry quality and revenue from each channel. We review them monthly and change the plan when the evidence says so.
