“Our menu, our shop and our Instagram all look like different businesses.”
The problem
A good business that looks like any other.
Many businesses start with a logo made in a hurry and a few colours that felt right. Years later, the Instagram looks different from the shop, the menu different from the website, and nobody can explain in one sentence why a customer should choose them.
Branding fixes the meaning first, then the look. We help you agree who you’re for, what you promise and how you sound, then build an identity and a set of tools that make it easy to stay consistent.
How it works
A brand is a system, not a logo.
The same choices carried through every touchpoint, from the sign outside to the post on your phone.

What we do
In plain language.
Positioning and messaging
Who you’re for, what makes you the better choice, and the few lines that say it clearly.
Visual identity
Logo, colour, typography and imagery direction, designed to work on a phone screen as well as a shopfront.
Brand guidelines
A practical guide your team, printers and partners can actually use, with real examples and templates.
Marketing collateral
Menus, packaging, signage, standees, presentations, social templates and event kits.
Refreshes
Updating an existing brand without throwing away the recognition you’ve already built.
Spaces and signage
Café, retail and mall interiors, signage and wayfinding that carry the brand off the screen.
Deliverables
What you get
- Positioning statement and key messages
- Logo and visual identity
- Brand guidelines
- Social media and presentation templates
- Print and in-store collateral
- Launch assets
Is it right for you?
Who branding & design is for, and who it isn’t.
We’d rather tell you now than take on work that won’t help you.
A good fit
You’re launching a new business
Getting the name, look and voice right from day one is far cheaper than changing them later. Symposia started this way.
Your look no longer matches your quality
If customers are surprised by how good you are, your brand is underselling you.
You’re expanding into new locations or products
A clear system keeps every branch and product recognisably yours.
Probably not the right fit, yet
You just want a logo, fast and cheap
A logo without the thinking behind it rarely lasts. We build brands, not one-off files.
People already know and love your brand
A full rebrand can throw away recognition you’ve earned. A careful refresh usually does more.
The product or service still needs to settle
Branding works best once you know who you’re for and what you promise.
Not sure which side you’re on? Ask us. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you who or what might be.
What it has done for others
Brands that people walk into.
Two brands we built end to end, from the name to the signage.
- ₹800K+monthly sales for Symposia, from zero
- 80+outlets under the new Unity Mall brand
Questions
Frequently asked.
The questions business owners ask us most about branding & design, answered plainly.
Still have a question?
Message us. We usually reply within 10 minutes.
Ask on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab)How long does a brand identity take?
A focused identity for a new business usually takes a few weeks, including positioning, design routes and guidelines. A broader rollout across packaging, interiors and signage takes longer and is planned in stages.
What is included in a brand identity?
Positioning and key messages, a logo and its variations, colours, typography, imagery direction and a practical brand guide, plus the templates and materials you need to use it: social, presentations, print and signage.
How much does branding cost in Dubai?
It depends on scope: a new identity for a small business costs far less than a rebrand rolled out across many locations. We quote after a free call, once we understand what you need.
Do you only design logos?
No. A logo is a small part of a brand. We work on positioning, messaging, identity and the everyday materials that carry it.
Can you design interiors, signage and packaging?
Yes. For Symposia and Unity Mall we carried the brand into the café concept, colours, signage and in-store materials, prepared to print and production specifications.
Should we rebrand or refresh?
If customers already recognise you, a refresh usually beats a rebrand: a sharper message, a tidier system and better templates. A full rebrand makes sense when the business has changed or the current brand is actively holding you back, as it was for Dattani Mall becoming Unity Mall.
Can you help us name our business?
Yes. Naming is part of positioning: we explore options that say the right thing, are easy to say and remember, and are available to use.
Will we own the final files?
Yes. Once the project is complete and paid for, you receive the final files and guidelines to use freely.
Do you design bilingual Arabic and English branding?
Yes. We design identities that work in both scripts, so your brand looks just as considered on an Arabic sign as on an English website.
How many design options will we see?
Usually two or three distinct routes, each explained against the positioning we agreed, then refined with you until it’s right.
Your next step
