Privacy policy

This website, breezymedia.ae, is run by Breezy Media SP LLC-FZ (licence no. 20665/2026), registered at Twin Towers, PO Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, trading as Breezy Media, a marketing agency working from Dubai, UAE. What we collect, and why
When you send the contact form
We ask for your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your company or website, phone or WhatsApp number, what you need help with, an approximate budget and any details you add. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss working together.
The form is delivered to our inbox by email, through our email provider, Hostinger. The website itself is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard technical information (such as IP addresses) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
When you book a call
Calls are booked through Google Calendar. When you book, Google processes your name, email address, the time you choose and any answers you give, under Google’s own privacy policy, and sends us the booking so we can hold the call.
When you message us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. We see the details you send us, such as your name, number and message, and use them only to respond.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website securely.
How you found us
When you arrive from one of our ads, or from a link with campaign tags, the website notes where you came from, for example “Google search ad, spring campaign”, and adds it to any enquiry you send, so we know which ads and links are worth paying for. It is kept in your browser for your current visit only, or for 30 days if you accept cookies, and it is deleted when you reject them. We never use it to identify you.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are useful, and to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries and booked calls. With advertising cookies, Meta can also show our ads to people who have visited this website before. These tools set cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject them, none of them run. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Google and Meta process this information under their own privacy policies. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we don’t sell it.
The website stores your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so that we don’t ask you again on every visit. Fonts and images are served from our own website; we don’t load fonts from third parties.
Who we share information with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the website and respond to you, as described above (Vercel for hosting, Hostinger for our email, Google Calendar for call bookings, Google for analytics, Meta for advertising when you accept cookies), or where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. If we don’t go on to work together, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@breezymedia.ae. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
